Section #1 – Clear Pieces
Clear pieces can be tricky to work with since they will turn cloudy if you try to polish them. If you get your hands on a very high grit sanding stick this won’t be a problem.
Since you can easily polish the surface back to clear with grits like 4000 (saw video on youtube someone using 4000 grits sanding sticks turning cloudy surface back into clear).
However, if you that option is not possible there is another trick you can use and that is using top coat (gloss finish). Apply top coat (gloss finish) after polishing the clear parts.

Section #2 – Applying Stickers
There are a few tricks on applying stickers so they will less likely to fall off. If you’re new to gunpla knowing how to apply these stickers properly will save you from the frustration when stickers fell off.
Here are a few tips I’ll share with you:
- Use tweezers/knife to handle the sticker. You’ll have more control compared using your bare hand and the oils on your skin won’t reduce the stickiness of the sticker.
- When the sticker is on the correct place press it down lightly with cotton bud/toothpick (if the stickers’ surface is in dove finish)
- Use top coat to seal the stickers in place.
